You will lead a team of engineers, drive the technical direction for solar, wind and storage systems, ensure design integrity, and deliver innovative, sustainable energy solutions from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with focus on power electronics or renewables.
• Over 10 years in electrical engineering, 5+ years in renewables.
• Proven remote team leadership experience.
• Strong modeling and simulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design for utility-scale and distributed renewables.
• Oversee project lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning.
• Mentor a remote team of engineers and ensure design integrity.
• Define best practices for grid connection and storage integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specs.
• Support technology selection and risk assessment.
