Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic Remote HR Business Partner to support our Rustenburg-based operations. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in South Africa, acting as a key liaison between HR and business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years HR experience, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of South African labour laws, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into HR plans and actions.
• Provide guidance on talent management, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies focused on employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
• Advise on employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure fair application of HR policies.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to attract and onboard the right talent.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leaders.
