Client in Rustenburg, North West, is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

The role partners with senior leaders on talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management while ensuring compliance with South African labour law and driving organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years HR experience with 3+ years in an HRBP capacity.
• Strong talent management, employee engagement, and change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand HR needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning for assigned units.
• Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management strategies.
• Implement HR programs and policies with consistent application.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Facilitate organizational development initiatives and change management processes.
