FNB Retail and Business Banking (Vryburg) seeks a strategic Business Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of high-value clients, driving growth and profitability. You will build trust-based stakeholder relationships, onboard new clients, and identify new business opportunities to expand the client base.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years BRM experience in Commercial Banking, FAIS accreditation, and RE5 qualification, with strong credit/applications exposure and customer-query handling.

Formación

• 2-3 years BRM experience in Commercial Banking or related field.
• FAIS Accredited qualification (NQF level 6, 7).
• Exposure to Credit Applications in Agric space environment.
• RE5 qualification.
• Credit Management exposure is essential.
• Experience dealing with high-level customer queries.

Responsabilidades

• Strategically lead and manage a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
• Expand the portfolio through targeted client acquisition.
• Drive customer service delivery in line with predefined standards.
