FNB Retail and Business Banking in Vryburg seeks a motivated Business Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of high-value clients, driving sustainable growth and profitability. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships, onboard new clients, and ensure adherence to governance standards while expanding the active customer base.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years BRM experience in commercial banking, FAIS accreditation, and credit applications exposure in Agric space, plus RE5 and credit

Qualifications

2-3 years in a Business Relationship Manager role in Commercial Banking.
FAIS Accredited qualification (NQF level 6, 7 etc.).
Exposure to Credit Applications in Agric space environment.
RE5 qualification.
Credit Management exposure is a must.
Experience dealing with high level customer queries.

Responsibilities

Strategically lead and manage a portfolio of high-value clients for growth and profitability.
Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
Onboard new clients and ensure governance standards are met; drive growth in client base.
