Placements24 in Klerksdorp, North West, seeks a seasoned Property Development Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of development projects. You will lead from conception to completion, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and quality in commercial, residential, or mixed-use builds.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities, manage risks, and steer stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful projects in the region, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
Proven track record of delivering complex property developments (commercial/residential/mixed-use).
Strong knowledge of planning regulations, building codes, and construction methodologies in South Africa.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of property development projects (site acquisition, feasibility, design, construction).
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Appoint and manage external consultants, contractors, and suppliers; ensure contractual obligations are met.
Liaise with local government bodies and planning authorities for approvals and permits.
Oversee construction, ensure quality control and safety adherence.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
