Placements24 is seeking a strategic Property Development Manager to oversee the full development lifecycle in the Rustenburg area, North West. The on-site role requires hands-on leadership from site acquisition through to handover, with a focus on profitable, timely delivery.

You will manage budgets, coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, ensure compliance, and drive high standards across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Property Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in property development project management.
• Proven track record delivering complex development projects.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and cost control expertise.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess development opportunities including site acquisition and feasibility analysis.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources from inception to completion.
• Oversee design and planning phases with architects and engineers.
• Appoint and manage contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with planning regulations, building codes and environmental standards.
• Regular site visits and progress monitoring in Rustenburg to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
