AVBOB South Africa seeks a Partner Relations Specialist to join our Member Rewards team at Head Office in Centurion. You will source, onboard and manage strategic benefit partners while building long-term relationships to deliver value for members and partners.

You will coordinate partner campaigns, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement, collaborating with Brand, ICT, Finance, Legal and Risk to ensure seamless programme delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner relationship management or business development.
• Ability to source, onboard and enable partners.
• Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance.
• Understanding of loyalty programs and campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with benefit partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Source, negotiate, onboard, and enable new benefit partners.
• Coordinate and execute partner campaigns and loyalty offers.
• Manage partner performance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Brand and Advertising, ICT, Finance, Legal, and Risk, to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Oversee operational processes, including partner integrations, reward fulfilment, and issue resolution.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, including POPIA and internal governance standards.
• Analyse partner performance data and provide insights to improve member engagement and programme effectiveness.
