Job summary

Industrial Development Corporation in Gauteng seeks an experienced executive to provide strategic management, governance, and advisory support to the Head: Partnership Programmes. You will translate corporate priorities into integrated plans, monitor performance, and coordinate budgeting, reporting, and risk management across units.

You will lead through influence, ensuring disciplined execution, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement while engaging senior stakeholders and governance

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate (NQF Level 8) in Business Management, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Law, Public Management, Development Studies, Project or Programme Management, or another relevant discipline.
• A relevant Master’s Degree qualification (NQF Level 9 or above) will be advantageous.
• A recognised project, programme, governance, risk or change-management qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum 10–12 years’ relevant experience in strategy execution, governance, and related disciplines.
• Experience in budgeting, cost-centre management, resource planning and performance analysis.
