Job summary

The Gauteng Growth and Development Agency (GGDA) invites applications for a Senior Manager position in the Strategic Partnerships Directorate. The role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, and establishing alliances with public and private sector entities locally and internationally.

Successful candidates will have a relevant bachelor’s degree, a postgraduate qualification, and at least five years in a senior management role.

Qualifications

Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Commerce, Strategic management, Brand management, Economics, International Relations, and a Postgraduate qualification in relevant discipline (NQF Level 8).
5 years’ experience in a Senior Management position.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the organisation’s strategic partnership strategy.
Identify, evaluate and pursue high-value partnership opportunities aligned with organisational priorities.
Establish strategic alliances with public institutions, private sector organizations, development agencies and other relevant stakeholders locally and internationally.
Coordinate and align the work of GGDA with key partners, stakeholders and other identified strategic groupings.
Ensure PFMA compliance and drive good corporate governance across the division.
