Job summary

CFS Recruitment seeks a Partnership Development Manager in Gauteng to own partner relationships and drive commercial growth. You will manage senior stakeholder engagement, oversee performance reporting and coordinate across underwriting, claims and operations to ensure seamless delivery.

The role focuses on building a strong partnership ecosystem, negotiating terms, and identifying new revenue opportunities while maintaining governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnership management or strategic key-account management.
• Ability to grow revenue through partners, channels or B2B relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen: deal economics and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage partner relationships with senior stakeholders and review performance.
• Drive profitable growth and monitor revenue targets for the partner book.
• Develop and evaluate new partnership opportunities and onboarding.
• Coordinate across underwriting, claims, administration and operations teams.
• Ensure governance, compliance (FAIS, TCF) and timely reporting.
