Zusammenfassung

Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) in KwaZulu-Natal seeks an experienced administrator to provide operational and strategic support across IZP projects and corporate services. The role focuses on planning, execution, reporting and monitoring to ensure timely delivery and alignment with IZP goals.

Responsibilities cover recruitment support, onboarding, training coordination, HR administration, and stakeholder engagement, with strong governance and process discipline to maintain compliance

Qualifikationen

Minimum NQF7 qualification in Project Management, Public Management, Business Administration or related.
5–8 years' experience in similar roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across departments.

Aufgaben

Support planning, execution, reporting and monitoring of IZP projects.
Initiate internal control systems and governance practices.
Coordinate HR operations and employee engagement through HC Business Partners.
Facilitate recruitment, onboarding and training coordination.
Establish project governance structures and monitor meeting outcomes.
Develop project plans and define project scope.
Identify risks and compile risk registers with mitigations.
Provide insights to ensure projects stay on track with goals, budget and timeline.
