Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a track record of improving ROAS, and agency experience handling multiple clients with clear English on US calls. This is a remote role across Canada, South Africa or the USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
