The Make it Good Company in Johannesburg is seeking an OOH Sales Manager to grow its footprint across Gauteng. The role is fully in-office (Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00) with field-based client meetings and occasional after-hours entertaining.

You will drive revenue across OOH inventory and lead multi-channel strategies to win new business. We expect a proven sales track record, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and the ability to present strategy to senior decision-makers.

Formación

• Several years of OOH industry experience is essential — non-negotiable.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets in a relationship-driven environment.
• Comfortable cold-calling new business and managing existing clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills across complex sales cycles.
• Confident presenting strategy to senior decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Sell across out-of-home inventory (roadside, malls, precincts) and related assets.
• Develop new business while account-managing existing clients.
• Build and present multi-channel strategies (static, digital, activations).
• Identify and pursue opportunities with media agencies and direct clients.
• Negotiate and close deals through multi-stage sales processes.
• Conduct at least 8 sales meetings per week (in-person/Teams/Zoom).
• Prepare client proposals and maintain weekly activity reports.
