Qualifications

• Relevant OD theory, methods and practice.
• Experience with organisational design, job architecture and job evaluation.
• Proficient in diagnostic methods, surveys and data analysis.
• Policy development and governance processes.
• Change management facilitation and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate organisational development interventions to strengthen capability and performance.
• Coordinate organisational design, job architecture and governance of job descriptions.
• Provide specialist advice on workforce planning, structure and change management across faculties and directorates.
• Support leadership with culture development, succession planning and capability development.
