Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant with expertise in Organizational Development to join our client in Kimberley. You will diagnose issues, design interventions, and implement strategies that improve organizational structures, leadership, and culture.

You will facilitate workshops, advise on change management, and collaborate with clients to deliver practical recommendations that enhance employee engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, HR consulting, or organizational development.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, talent management, and change management theories.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze organizational data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
