Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Real Estate Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in Welkom and surrounding areas in the Free State. You will handle tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting.

Ideal candidates will have proven property management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of landlord-tenant laws.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within real estate.
• Solid understanding of property management software, landlord-tenant laws, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of managed properties and tenant satisfaction.
• Manage tenant relations, including lease administration, rent collection, and disputes.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
