About the Role

Our client, a prominent diversified investment group with a significant real estate holdings, is seeking a strategic and experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee their substantial property portfolio in the Northern Cape region, with primary focus on Upington and surrounding areas. This key role involves developing and implementing investment strategies, optimizing asset performance, managing risk, and ensuring the long-term value appreciation of the portfolio. You will be responsible for financial analysis, market intelligence gathering, property acquisitions and disposals, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, property managers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate finance, investment principles, and the specific dynamics of the Northern Cape property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the real estate portfolio to maximize returns and minimize risk.


• Conduct ongoing analysis of portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement.


• Source, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities, including acquisitions and developments.


• Manage the disposal of underperforming or non-strategic assets.
