Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Kimberley. The role requires a strong understanding of property management, tenant relations, financial oversight, and maintenance coordination.

You will maximize property value, ensure tenant satisfaction, and manage all operations of the assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will have leadership and communication skills, a proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience, including portfolio oversight.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and best practices.
• Excellent budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the Kimberley property market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of service.
• Oversee tenant relations, including lease administration, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Develop and manage budgets for each property within the portfolio, monitoring financial performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and safety standards.
• Liaise with property owners, providing regular reports on portfolio performance.
