Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• 7+ years business development and direct sales experience in insurance or related field.
• Moderate to advanced knowledge and training in Microsoft products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and group presentation skill.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Good knowledge of the South African insurance industry.
• Strategic analysis skills.
• Strong relationship management skills; able to leverage internal and external relationships to bring WTW resources to support client and colleague needs.

• Identify prospective opportunities and develop customer relationships.
• Implement marketing and sales plan and foster growth of sales and marketing team.
• Drive new business through marketing campaigns, networking events and client roundtables.
• Manage prospect tracking, growth and strategy with leadership and teams.
• Collaborate on pipeline forecasting and sales reporting.
• Maintain robust prospect lists and provide industry trend reports.
• Coordinate reviews of sales plans and monthly growth meetings.
• Provide CRM training and support as needed.
