Indwe Risk Services (Pty) Ltd in Durban invites a motivated Business Development Executive to grow market share by securing profitable new business accounts. This permanent role is based in Durban and focuses on Commercial and Personal Lines within a busy brokerage environment.

Ideal candidates will bring 7–10 years of short-term insurance experience, a strong track record in sales, and leadership of broking operations.

Qualifications

• 7 - 10 years of experience in short-term insurance, with 5+ years in commercial & personal lines sales
• Matric, RE: Representatives, and Level 4 FETC Short-Term Insurance Qualification are required
• Higher Certificate in Insurance (NQF5) is preferred
• Post-matric qualification (BCom Risk/Accounting, BBA) is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Work from the Durban office in a permanent role
