Placements24 is seeking an Account Manager in Port Elizabeth to maintain and grow a portfolio of client relationships. You will craft strategic marketing plans, coordinate with creative and digital teams, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure satisfaction and measurable results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management, excellent communication, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related marketing role.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and campaign execution.
• Proficiency in project management and CRM software.
• Ability to think strategically and provide insightful recommendations to clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be able to work on-site in Port Elizabeth office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery in Port Elizabeth.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to ensure client campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
