Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Account Manager - Client Services to lead a portfolio of high-value client relationships from our Sandton office. You will craft tailored strategies, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and drive measurable growth for clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive account management experience in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and growing accounts.
• Experience with digital marketing channels and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts as the primary contact.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee campaign execution across SEO, SEM, social, content, and email.
• Present data-driven insights and ROI in regular client reviews.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with creative, technical, and analytics teams to deliver campaigns.
