Placements24 is partnering with a leading financial services provider in George, Western Cape to hire a Lead Management Accountant who will head budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting to strengthen financial planning and overall efficiency. The role is based on-site in George and emphasizes strategic financial insights and performance management.

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, professional CA(SA)/CIMA/ACCA designation, at least 7

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management accounting with leadership experience
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional designation essential
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and business analysis skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and financial software

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Prepare management reports with variance analysis and KPIs
• Provide strategic financial guidance to business units
• Develop financial models to support planning and decision-making
• Mentor and develop a team of management accountants and analysts
• Present findings to executive leadership
