Job summary

Communicate Recruitment is seeking a finance professional to lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting in Johannesburg. The role focuses on analysing operational performance, preparing monthly packs, monitoring costs and capital expenditure, and delivering meaningful financial insights to support strategic initiatives.

You will engage stakeholders, review supplier contracts, ensure compliance, and drive financial efficiencies across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of financial accounting or management accounting experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Analyse operational performance and prepare monthly reports and financial packs.
• Conduct revenue and cost analysis and monitor capital expenditure.
• Support month-end processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders and review supplier contracts and compliance reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives through meaningful financial insights.
