Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA, CFA) highly advantageous.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
• Proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop robust financial models to support planning and scenario analysis.
