Job summary

Standard Bank Group seeks a service adviser to support customers using Fleet Management Systems and related product ranges. You will help optimise system use, update accounts and provide feedback to clients, working closely with Key Account Consultants to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in a franchise dealership or reputable workshop, with strong understanding of Fleet Products, policies and maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting customers using Fleet Management Systems.
• Strong administrative and data management capabilities.
• Understanding of policies, procedures and processes of Fleet Products.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to customers utilising the Fleet Management Systems and product ranges.
• Update client accounts and provide regular feedback as requested by clients.
• Collaborate with Key Account Consultants to service customer needs and minimise revenue leakage.
