EXCELLENCE IN PGM's is seeking a Human Resources Development Manager in the North West province. The role leads the HRD function, ensuring policy implementation, strategic alignment, and compliance with mining regulations.

Qualifications

• Grade12 or NQF 4 Equivalent.
• Diploma/Degree/Postgraduate qualification in HR/HRD or related field is essential.
• Mine Overseer certificate is essential.
• 5 years relevant training experience in Management (HR/HRD) with mining operations.

Responsibilities

• Aligns HRD with organizational strategic objectives and Business Plan imperatives.
• Ensures delivery of quality training, maintains HRD accreditation and certification.
• Ensures execution of the business plan and SLP targets as per MPRDA requirements.
• Analyzes and assesses training effectiveness to determine when revisions are needed.
• Participates in safety meetings, reports hazards and implements remedial actions.
