Job summary

Barberton-Mines seeks a seasoned Training and Development Manager with NDip HRD Management or equivalent, plus Mine Overseer certificate and relevant training qualifications. You will lead skills development programs, manage WSP/ATR reporting, ensure MHSA compliance, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to uplift s54/s55.

The role requires at least 7 years of mining training experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity, and deep knowledge of MPRDA, Skills Development

Qualifications

• NDip: HRD Management or equivalent qualification.
• Mining technical training management experience.
• Knowledge of MHSA, MPRDA, Skills Development Act, EE Act and QCTO processes.
