Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 10 years’ HR management experience with leadership roles.
• Mining, manufacturing, construction or engineering exposure preferred.
• Solid knowledge of labour laws and mining industry regulations.
• Experience with COIDA, RMA and BBBEE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the HR department, providing guidance to staff.
• Drive talent management, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Oversee industrial relations, investigations and policy compliance.
• Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives and training.
• Prepare HR metrics reports and drive data-informed decisions.
