Job summary

Sourcing and Recruitment Consultants is seeking a Site HR Manager for a mining site in Limpopo. You will manage the full HR lifecycle, prioritizing safety, labour relations in a unionized environment, and community engagement. The role requires strategic planning, talent acquisition, compliance, and site-specific payroll input.

Minimum 5–10 years HR experience, with 5+ years in mining or natural resources, and a relevant qualification. Site experience in remote conditions is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR, IR, or Industrial Psychology.
• Experience: 5–10 years in HR with at least 5 years in mining or natural resources.
• HRIS and payroll systems experience, strong union/IR management skills.
• Resilience, problem solving and ability to work in remote sites.
