Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with at least 5 years as HRBP in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law including BCEA, LRA and related legislation.
• Proven track record in managing complex industrial relations and unions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive performance.
• Manage all aspects of industrial relations, including union negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Develop and implement workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning for operational roles.
• Oversee compliance with labour laws and health and safety regulations in the industrial setting.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity and safety in manufacturing facilities.
