Placements24 is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner with a robust Industrial Relations focus to join our client’s team in Polokwane. You will provide strategic HR support to business units, advise on IR matters, and foster constructive relationships with employees and unions.

This role requires deep knowledge of South African labour legislation and a proactive approach to conflict resolution and engagement, with a track record in collective bargaining and ensuring compliant, healthy workplace

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years in Human Resources with a focus on Industrial Relations.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law (BCEA, LRA, EEA).
• Proven experience in collective bargaining and dispute resolution.
• Strong negotiation, mediation, and communication skills.
• A degree in Human Resources or Law is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and advise on all aspects of industrial relations, including disputes and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support line managers in disciplinary processes, grievances and performance management.
• Develop strategies to promote positive employee relations and workplace culture.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR and IR strategies with organisational objectives.
