• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience focused on industrial/manufacturing/engineering sectors.
• Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills with a track record of placing technical staff.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards in industrial environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a broad spectrum of industrial/manufacturing roles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specific technical skills.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Assess candidate skills, experience and cultural fit per client requirements and safety standards.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for industrial/manufacturing positions with smooth candidate experience.
• Liaise with hiring managers and HR departments to understand client needs and contexts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and labor market dynamics.
• Ensure placements adhere to health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates.
