Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with at least 5 years as HRBP in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law including BCEA, LRA and related legislation.
• Proven track record in managing complex industrial relations and unions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive performance.

This position requires a deep understanding of industrial HR challenges and solutions in the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in managing complex industrial relations and unionized environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
