Job summary

• Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a corporate HR team.
• Experience in HR metrics, employee relations and industrial relations processes.
• Ability to implement HR directives and develop action plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive a performance management culture and development plans with management.
• Implement HR tactical plans and drive business values interventions.
• Support execution of key HR deliverables to meet business objectives.
• Analyse HR metrics and drive action plans.
• Address day-to-day employee relations and CCMA where required.
• Provide guidance on performance and disciplinary actions to managers.
