You’ll advise on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning and capability development, while coaching managers to improve performance and engagement. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner to leaders, providing practical, commercially focused and strategic people guidance.
• Develop a deep understanding of the assigned portfolio, including operating model, objectives, workforce dynamics, culture and people risks.
• Translate business priorities into practical people strategies and workforce plans.
• Anticipate and address risks relating to capacity, capability, structure and leadership effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness and mitigate people-related risk.
• Support change initiatives through coaching, communication and action planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess and appoint high-quality talent.
• Drive talent retention, succession planning and development aligned to business needs.
• Support talent reviews and future-ready capability building across the portfolio.
• Provide sound employee relations guidance and ensure timely escalation and follow-through.
• Coach managers to address employee relations and performance concerns.
