Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Human Resource Officer in Johannesburg to deliver professional HR support across the business and serve as a main contact for employees and managers. The role emphasizes HR administration, employee relations, and talent processes with strong emphasis on policy guidance and system improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a National Diploma or Bachelor’s in HRM/Industrial Psychology with 2–4 years in HR generalist roles and solid knowledge of South African labour

Qualifications

• Guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Coaching and support on HR initiatives and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for Human Capital queries within business units.
• Provide professional guidance on HR policies and processes.
• Support implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Coordinate HR service delivery to support business efficiency.
• Liaise with employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Contribute to HR process and system improvements.
• Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Monitor probation periods and schedule reviews.
• Facilitate employee movements including new appointments, transfers and promotions.
• Maintain job descriptions and engagement documentation.
• Prepare offers for new employees.
• Manage basic employee relations matters and documentations.
