Job summary

Hired Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Sandton seeks an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support for its Johannesburg office. This hands-on role covers workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, HR reporting and compliance.

The successful candidate will operate beyond transactional HR, partnering with General Managers to shape organisational effectiveness in a multinational environment, while developing talent and ensuring policy

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience across HR disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, L&D and HR operations.
• Experience in multinational environments and contributing to HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as HRBP and first point of contact for employees and General Managers on HR matters.
• Provide guidance on SA labour law, policies, procedures and workforce planning.
• Coordinate talent acquisition, onboarding and employer branding initiatives.
• Drive performance management, succession planning and development discussions.
• Ensure HR compliance, reporting and analytics across the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on cross‑functional HR solutions and projects.
