The role requires a proactive, analytical leader with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, deep knowledge of SA labour law, and a track record in change management and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with strategic partnership focus.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior management.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and change management.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law.
• Experience developing HR initiatives that drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals in Stellenbosch.
• Provide expert guidance on talent management, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Advise on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
