You will advise on talent management, organizational design, change management and employee relations while partnering with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions in a hybrid South Africa setting.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen and the ability to influence at all levels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in an HRBP role.
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and South African labor law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support strategic business goals.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Lead and manage employee relations matters, providing guidance on complex issues and conflict resolution.
• Drive performance management cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
• Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
