Job summary

Placements24 seeks a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support operations in Benoni, Gauteng, with a largely remote role and periodic in-person interaction. You will guide leaders on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in HR generalist or HRBP roles, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management and succession planning.
• Develop and implement organizational development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Advise on HR policies and procedures for consistency and fairness.
• Support change management initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions.
