Job summary

Absa Bank is seeking candidates to deliver day-to-day knowledge work to achieve predefined objectives in line with SOPs. The role focuses on sales target achievement, dealer relationship management, and professional customer interactions within a FAIS framework.

Qualifications

• FAIS Act knowledge and RE5 regulatory exam requirement.
• Experience with product training and onboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and dealer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of Sales Targets: Manage dealer achievement of sales targets through incentive schemes and manage information from internal and external sources.
• Retain and Improve Relationships with Dealers: Discuss AVAF CVP during regular relationship meetings and visits to Dealers and Dealer Principals to enhance brand awareness.
• Deal Facilitation: Manage all customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Conversions of Non-Friendly Dealers: Identify non-friendly Dealers and address reasons for non-friendliness using retention processes.

Education

NQF6 or higher in commerce or equivalent RE5 Education

Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies
