Job summary

Absa Group in Pretoria seeks a dealer relations professional to drive sales targets and strengthen dealer partnerships. You will manage incentive-based performance, monitor data, and promote the Absa value proposition across the dealer network.

The role requires FAIS readiness and RE5 experience; it involves ongoing training and regulatory compliance within a banking environment. This position is based on-site in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• NQF6 or higher in commerce or equivalent.
• RE5 certification is required.
• Higher Diploma in Business, Commerce and Management Studies is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by managing dealer performance with incentive schemes and internal/external data.
• Retain and improve relationships with dealers through regular meetings to boost brand awareness.
• Deal facilitation: manage all customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Conversions of non-friendly dealers using retention processes to address issues.
• Value Added Products: achieve VAP targets linked to PD and DIC payout for dealers and F&I.
• FAIS fit and proper requirements: on onboarding, complete FAIS-related exams and regulatory training.
