Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in electronic security, fire detection & gas suppression.
• SAQCC Certification Fire Detection and Gas Suppression.
• Proven track record in system design, sales success and leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in SA electronic security and fire protection industries.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals to win new business.
• Monitor sales activities, KPIs, and market trends; report insights for strategy.
