Job summary

Hire Resolve, Cape Town-based, seeks a Business Development Lead to drive growth in the Western Cape and coordinate national initiatives. The role focuses on strategy, partnerships, and revenue expansion across public safety, IoT and SaaS sectors.

You will own the full sales cycle, manage PoCs, and lead data-driven campaigns while ensuring robust CRM discipline and client onboarding. A strong network in Cape Town is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic BD or B2B sales.
• Experience in public safety, IoT, SaaS or surveillance tech preferred.
• Strong Cape Town / Western Cape networks.
• Proficient in monday.com CRM for pipeline tracking.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven client acquisition strategy with revenue targets.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closure with PoCs.
• Maintain 100% data integrity on monday.com CRM and report KPIs.
• Build relationships with SAPS, CPFs, CIDs and RAs.
• Lead brand growth through targeted campaigns with Investigations team.
• Onboard new clients and ensure seamless onboarding and communications.
• Drive upselling opportunities through data-driven insights.
• Track client success and share case studies internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Dispatch and Investigations teams to ensure timely client onboarding.
