Job summary

AtripleA recruitment & temps in Cape Town is seeking a Business Development Officer (External Sales) to source new business and build lasting client relationships. The role focuses on canvassing, client research, arranging meetings, and managing quotes and invoicing to drive revenue.

You will collaborate with leadership to close deals, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate sales records. A Matric and SAMTRAC, plus 3–5 years of sales and 2 years in health and safety, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years previous sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years health and safety industry experience.
• Computer literate.
• Valid driver's license and own car.
• Matric and SAMTRAC qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Travel and identify areas with potential business opportunities (canvass).
• Research potential clients and set up meetings to introduce MSHEQ.
• Maintain timely client communications and ensure quotes are followed up.
• Update CRM with sales activities and collaborate with Head of Sales to close deals.
• Ensure invoicing, commission sheets, and terms & conditions are accurate.
