Job summary

A triple A Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Consultant in Johannesburg to drive new business for integrated technology solutions, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will prospect, conduct site assessments, design and sell CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Systems, and maintain a robust CRM pipeline while building long‑term client relationships.

Requirements include PSIRA Grade A Registration, a valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Proven business development and solution-based sales experience.
• Experience in electronic security or related industries is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of integrated security technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage an active sales pipeline and work independently.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• PSIRA Grade A Registration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct site assessments and needs analyses.
• Design and sell integrated security solutions including CCTV & Video Analytics.
• Design and sell Access Control solutions.
• Design and sell Alarm Systems.
• Design and sell Remote Monitoring.
• Design and sell Perimeter Protection.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Maintain CRM pipeline.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Complete all sales reporting and administration.
