Placements24 seeks a Senior FP&A Manager for Mossel Bay to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will build detailed models, explain variances to senior leadership, and deliver monthly reports and dashboards to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires 6+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel and planning-software experience (SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan), and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CA(SA), CFA, CMA) is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan).
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the banking & finance industry is a significant plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide explanations and insights to management.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function.
