Responsibilities

• Work with Cape Town-based account teams to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop and drive long-term account strategy aligned with customer objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes with involved resources (SEs, PS, Executives, Partners).
• Evangelise Salesforce Customer 360 benefits to customers and prospects.
• Create whitespace penetration plans and drive growth across Retail and Financial Services.
